Taylor Swift Tour



Objective

Extend L.e.i.’s partnership with Taylor Swift by creating an interactive mobile sweepstakes during each of Taylor Swift’s 40 U.S. tour dates.

Solution

Taylor fans have the opportunity to easily enter the sweepstakes using their mobile phone and sending a text message. All participants are awarded Taylor Swift wallpapers for entering and receive a phone call from Taylor after the concert thanking them for attending the show. L.e.i. is now able to truly engage fans during and after each show.

Results

• 36% of the possible audience elected to interact with the L.e.i. mobile promotion

• Over 40% of those who entered the sweepstakes also called or opted to be called by the promotional 800 number
